So, we had a heel nice trip to Galveston and stayed by this hotel by the sea. The room was echt cozy and it felt like thuis, especially with the sea view from onze balcony. Breakfast was also lekker, with a good variety of choices. But, the Wi-Fi was a bit aan de trage kant, which was a bit of a teleurstelling when we tried to stream some movies in de evening.

would definitely come back
The room had a good view of the beach, complete with an air conditioning unit, flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator for snacks. Housekeeping brought fresh towels daily. The breakfast had warm muffins, fresh fruit, and great coffee. The beach was literally steps away, making it a perfect spot for beach lovers.

The beach access was fantastic!
I was appalled by the overall filthiness of this hotel. The room had a horrible lingering odor and the furniture was outdated, which made it feel even more uncomfortable. Additionally, the pool was murky and uninviting, and the breakfast options were laughable at best, with leftover reheated food that should never be served to guests. It felt like I was staying in a neglected establishment rather than a hotel.

the room was clean with comfortable beds, and the location was perfect as it was just across the street from the beach 🌊. staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the breakfast option could benefit from having more fresh fruit 🍉.

The breakfast selections were delightful, featuring eggs, sausage, and delicious Texas waffles, all served in a comfortable dining area. The pool was refreshing and conveniently located just steps away from the beach, which made it an enjoyable retreat.
More fresh towels would be appreciated for longer stays.

Request a room away from the traffic for a quieter stay, as the street noise can be distracting.
-
missingWrote a review on Nov 22beachfront accessgrocery proximityeasy beach accessdirty roomsoutdated facilities
The beachfront access provides easy enjoyment of the sun and surf, making it a prime choice for beach lovers. The proximity to a grocery store caters well to families looking to stock up on snacks and essentials during their stay.
The rooms feel quite outdated and in need of a thorough cleaning, as dirty floors and linens left something to be desired. Additionally, the shower had issues with water temperature and pressure, making it a less-than-ideal experience after a long day. Expecting a comfortable night's sleep can be challenging with loud noises from the elevator area and unexpected commotion late into the night.

Both a hit and a miss
The location is fantastic! ! Staff showed real dedication, ensuring my breakfast was fresh despite equipment issues.
Inconsistent cleanliness was a letdown, with reports of mold and inadequate housekeeping tarnishing the experience.
